LMAO

Why did you not tell me about this?

If you did I don't remember you saying anything like
"OHAI IM GUNNA SUBMIT SOMETHING TO NG"

Ps. I thought it was fantastic :D

IzakFlashMan responds:

Ha ha, I've been busy with things, it was something I wasn't exactly planning for newgrounds till I had it done ya know.

Cheers man. Ill be sure to tell you next time. XD I was thinkin of doing a sequel of some sort, but I've gotten embroiled in drawing hot woman at the moment. lol

Wow

Gameplay is alright, I found it fun, but it got repetitive.

The graphics were simply stunning though, especially the effects animation!
To whoever was the artist who did the effects: WOW.

mofunzone responds:

Thanks for the good words and for playing!

DOEO?

I've never heard of Doeo, so...

I found this game fun, and played it a few tims. It was short, though, sadly. I wanted more than just 60 seconds of moving the mouse over these ninjas. But it was fun

The art was very nice, and the animation of the "Mascot" if you will, I found it to be extremely well done. Very fluid, and very clean. Excellent.

I'm gunna give it an 9/10, just for the fact that It was only one "level", but I personally would love to see a larger version of this game, with more modes or something. Although those people claiming it not to be original might not like to see more of this... :(

Aweful

All you showed is that 3D is capable in Flash, but most people already know this already..

Also, this wasn't much of a tutorial in my opinion. You linked to other tutorials, rather than explaining things yourself. And when it came to the actual rendering, you linked it to an already-made file. myPlane.xml. Which you didn't even show how to write the code in the xml file.

So what did I learn from YOUR tutorial.

Papervision can be used to create 3D in flash. Oh wait. I knew that already...
So nothing.

aagaard responds:

Relax! You don't write code in a xml file. it's a collada file also called dae file and You create it in a professional 3D modeling software like 3D studio max, Blender, Maya or similar and this tut shows you what programs and code to use in order to load these complex 3D models into flash.

hmm...

It would have been nice to see a bit more on the artistic side in the 'art and design' section. The tutorial on how to draw trees was good, but why not take it to the next level and show us how to compose an entire background. NG is really lacking in background tuts. The walk/run cycles were good too, I saw a few flaws in them, but they weren't huge. I personally think that you should have went a bit deeper into character animation.
Also:
No special effects?
No lipsync tutorials?

=(

Not trying to pick out the tiny mistakes or anything BUT on the 3d art tutorial, the shadow that is cast on the ground is incorrect. =/

I only watched the art and design tutorials, because I couldn't care less about the others, but in that section, over all, i was a little disapointed. What you did cover, for the most part, was pretty good. But it would have been nice to see a little bit more.

It would be nice to have a tutorial at which a complete beginner at flash can look at, and by the time they are done, know how to compose a complete scene in flash. ;D
